Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return

If you checked out using a phone number only, please use the link in your SMS order confirmation to submit your request.
If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving the last item in your order, for any reason and without justification. Your item must be in the same condition as when you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return shipping: Return shipping costs for EU withdrawal requests are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds: Once we have received and inspected your return, we will process your refund within 14 days. The refund will include the original standard outbound shipping cost. Your refund will be issued via your original payment method.
Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items Certain types of items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, or plants), custom products (e.g. special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (e.g. beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about a specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, please make a separate purchase for the new item.
