1. Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

• United States: 7-14 business days
• Europe: 10-20 business days
• Rest of World: 14-30 business days

3. Shipping Rates

• International: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination

4. Order Tracking Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

5. Customs & Import Duties International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the order total.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
